I am truly happy

As I was sitting at my computer...on Facebook looking at updates and pictures I had a thought come to my mind...I am truly happy. I am in the state that I want to be, I am working in a position that I do well in and I have a wonderful boyfriend.

:New York:
I know that New York is not for everyone but I have been able to enjoy it. It is fun to catch the train into the city and just go anywhere. Do you want to go to Italy? Ok, catch the subway to Little Italy. How about Chinatown? Just a few streets over from Little Italy. Central park is amazing in all the seasons. It is a great place to escape with my camera. It is REALLY hard to be so FAR away from my family and friends. They all mean so much to me! Some of my friends have had a real hard time with me leaving but they see that I am happy here.
Thank you! I MISS EVERYONE SO MUCH!

:Nanny:
As many of you know, I have always enjoyed working with children. I grew up in a large family, took child development classes in high school and college and I have had MANY babysitting jobs. It is amazing to see their little faces light up when they learn or see something new. The ideas they have for games are very intriguing. They give me a great work out! They have good days and bad days but when they cuddle up with you on the couch it makes everything ok. Leaving past positions and starting new ones is always hard. Getting to know families with their little quirks is always a stress but I am finally getting past that. I have been here for three months now. I can have fun with this family.

:Boyfriend:
Hedrick is such an amazing guy!! I have stated this before but he is...I think that I deserve a great guy like him. I have been waiting quite a while. He is so smart, funny and kind. We love to go on walks...the other day on our walk with his dog, Logan, I got pushed by the dog. Hedrick turned to me, put out his hand and said "Honey, I'm sorry". AWW...I know you are all thinking it...haha. He and I are able to enjoy seeing new things, going to new places and just knowing the other is there is wonderful.
